I did my oil change 15days ago they didn’t do it right my check engine light come on and I had power loss on my truck my water separator was getting full quickly when I press the gas. I found piece of broken plastic inside the water separator and broken filter. Unbelievable
Very fast and efficient for a Speedco
we got serviced for oil change one of their mechanic was high he is shouting and cursing when i was on the phone and he didnt close oil cap correctly and it blew of and their manager told me sometimes it happens when i want help to fix their stupidity they told me they cant they need to file and some one will call me in 30 min my driver is still on roadside waiting for help its been 3 hours and i cant reach them now dont come there
I have never seen such terrible service in my life. The staff are very slow; I waited five hours just to have a single tire changed—they do everything they can to drag out the labor time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Furthermore, the woman at the reception desk is not polite at all; she is very rude.
