I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS. Worst customer service possible. I called asking about a part for a two-stroke bicycle engine. and I made a joke about it being like a Harley but it was a huffy. He said it was nothing like a Harley that it was only a toy. it was a joke and he was rude and I would never do business with this place if I did have a Harley
It was worth the seven hour round-trip drive to buy my new Royal Enfield Himalayan motorcycle from Mike at Speed City Cycles. He was attentive informed and diligent. He is one of those motorcycle shop owners that is more interested in motorcycles than money. Pleasant, cheerful and a “no bullshit” kind of guy. This is the guy you want to do business with.
