Great Service Providers!
I came back to update my review and thank Jennifer for listening to me & then resolving the issue. Despite that situation, everyone is much pretty friendly & welcoming. Every therapist my daughter has seen she’s loved. I’ve already recommended my family & friends to this place so be sure to check them out.
The staff is great but the receptionist or front desk management needs to get a lot better. This is the second time I have rescheduled my child for an appointment that do evidently don’t have her on. I left work early, checked my child out of school just to get to the office and no one is here. Meaning the receptionist again failed to put my child on the schedule. After I confirmed with her verbally on Wednesday. Please do better because I would hate to take my child way from this business when it’s the front desks confusion... read more
My son loves coming here. Every time We have last minute changes. They are always willing and able to accommodate us. We have been coming here for over 3 years. My son’s speech has improved a lot. He is also taught sign language which is great. I love that! At the beginning it was tough but it’s due to his condition. Therapist always patience and kind with him at the end of each session they will come and talk to me, so I know what’s were they working on. I highly recommend.
We’ve been with JMJ for almost five years now, and I can honestly say my children absolutely adore their speech therapists! Building a strong foundation with the therapists is so important, and knowing that they truly love what they do makes the alignment even more meaningful. We love Ms. Eboni and Ms. Calia! One quick tip when traveling to JMJ: use Google Maps directly rather than typing the address manually. For some reason, manually entering the address doesn’t always bring you to the right location—it’s a little quirky.
