As usual, Dr. Smida and his staff provided me with an friendly, efficient and painless experience. They are a like well-oiled (yet compassionate!) machine ... and I have observed that I'm not the only patient made to feel "special". I always feel like I am in competent hands throughout the various procedures.
I love going to this dentist, I actually ENJOY it! Who loves going to the dentist?! I told my mom and my boyfriend when I got home after my appointment that I love my dentist. Everyone that works at the office is super friendly and caring. They're always on time, and always have flexible appointment openings. Professional and caring staff who are also fun to be around -- which is saying a lot in a dentist's office. Dr. Smida cares about his clients and that carries over to his crew. He is also a serious traveller, with his excellent photographs from exotic world ports gracing the office walls. Also, convenient parking, which is not always easy to find. I'd recommend Dr. Branko to anyone and have suggested to my daughter that when she needs a new dentist, visit Dr. Branko.
Dr. Smida and his staff are competent friendly, and his facilities are neat and up to date.
Nice experience, great music btw. Dr. Smida is the real deal, nice chairside manner. Staff pretty good as well. Heather at front desk is tops.
Loved Andrea. She was gentle yet thorough with my cleaning. Confident to say it was one I the best dentist visits In my life.
This is going to sound crazy, but I love my new crown. I cannot tell it apart from my other teeth! It's amazing. And since Dr. Smida has a new machine that makes crowns right there in his office in about 30 minutes, I was able to get it all done in one appointment. My other old crown stands out now. I might change it even though there is nothing wrong with it. And by the way, I dread shots, but I didn't even feel them. Thanks Dr. Smida.
