Very accommodating to my urgent dental needs. All matters were handled thoroughly & pleasantly, reassuring my concerns were met.
I continue to be impressed with Dr.Smida and his very capable staff. I returned to his office to have three cavities worked on. I got a chance to talk with Dr. Smida and really understand his mission statement and his beliefs. I think Dr. Smida represents the future of what all types of dentistry should be, prevention, early awareness and detection. He is an amazing dentist and I will be coming to him for any and all treatments. Additionally, I will be telling my friends and family as well.
Once again, the professionals at Dr. Smida's office were friendly and professional. I have been seeing Dr. Smida since 2010. Thank you for all your dental care.
After changing dentist this was my first visit to Dr Smida, Dr Smida & staff were thorough & very professional. Loved the decor of the office made me feel very relaxed while having my teeth cleaned. Had many issues w/my Teeth & all were addressed & all my questions answered, I would recommend Dr. Smida to all my friends.
As I indicated in my yelp review, I was completely satisfied with my excellent care at Dr. Smidas office. He and his staff are excellent, most notably hygienist Kim Dostal who was thorough, professional and gentle. I plan to always come here for future dental cleanings and I will be encouraging my friends to do the same!

After a painful toothache all night Dr. Smida's office booked an appointment for me that morning. The staff was friendly & helpful. The office was clean, organized, high tec and had a welcoming comfortable ambiance. Dr. Smida was very understanding, gentle & knowledgeable. He took care of the problem right away. He also discussed options for preventing problems in the future. I am more than impressed with my first experience & will definitely be going back.
Andrea is awesome! She took the time to address my concerns and to educate me about how I could improve my dental hygiene practices. She was incredibly warm and thorough in her cleaning, and she made the trip to the dentist an enjoyable experience. Of course, Heather was wonderful in greeting and seeing me off. Everyone in the office is so friendly and thoughtful. I always leave with a big smile on my face (no pun intended!)
Very pleasant, customer service oriented, and provided excellent quality care. The follow-up call from Dr. Smida the next day to find out how I felt about my visit was a pleasant surprise. In a world of very poor customer service in many service industries, this was a positive experience that stands above all others. The clinical quality and personal service devoid of any kind of judgment was very refreshing in a health care setting.
