I’ve always had issues with this management company but thankfully rarely need them. We have a leak in the roof which is causing severe damage to the ceiling, damage we can’t remedy until the leak is fixed! I’ve called on a Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed and Thursday as well as emailed and still have received no call back. This company is extremely unprofessional, rude and inefficient. They don’t care about the damage and cost that apply to the homeowners. Stay far away from them if you don’t have to use them!

I have worked with Spectrum Property Management over the past two years and at no time have I not been given professional & helpful service. There have been several times I have called Peggy needing assistance with a project and she has always been very helpful. I have also worked with Bud on many projects related to our community and he has always made himself available. Through working together we have been able to reduce costs in many areas. If I could give them zero stars it would be too many. Property Manager Peggy is usually drunk when dealing with situation. Peggy loves to place blame every place but where it belongs, with her. If this is the type of representation this company says is professional, they need to close their doors. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY
