I have been a Patient of Dr. Lao for almost 10 years, Dr. Lao has always been a Dr. That listens Attentively and has always given me Excellent Advice. I wish to express my great appreciation of how well Dr.Lao and Mrs.Lao at spine and pain have cared for me for 8 years. Mrs. Lao always get me checked in take my temperature and get me signed in she's a very nice lady very professional. Mrs Lao runs the front office and provides excellent customer service. I appreciate her taking the time to help me with any questions regarding my experience, appointments, insurance.
