Very comprehensive inspection. The inspection took place in the morning, and I had the report by early evening. I will recommend this fabulous company to everyone!
Yesterday Ben, from Spectrum, conducted and inspection on my clients property. I met him there but had to leave early for another appointment. Ben walked through the home with my client and explained his findings. He was thorough, polite and professional. I appreciated Ben standing up for me and my clients when an unforeseen situation arose. I would recommend Spectrum to anyone and look forward to using them again and again!
The house was gone over from top to bottom. The inspector then went over each item explaining what he found. I feel confident his information helped me make my decision on this house.
