The inspector was very thorough and went over each part of the inspection answering all my questions. He was very knowledgeable.
The communication with Spectrum was super easy. I had to reschedule, had some extra questions... they always pick up the phone! Who does that these days? Our inspector was awesome. He took the time to explain the process, showed us the photos pointed out some issues that might be important. They work with the latest technology, Fantastic! 3 hours later we had the report. Canât think of anything negative :-))
