If i could leave no stars I would. But alas, i must in order to leave a review. Our car has been there for almost 2 months. No work has been done on it. We call and call and call and no one calls us back. No communication whatsoever. No expectations set whatsoever. We live out by picacho peak so making it in to town when the car is in the shop is very DIFFICULT. BUT this is the only way to get amy answers. We will be looking at picking it up in whatever state it is in and taking it somewhere else.

Shortly before Christmas I walked out of Fry's to find that the rear door of my SUV had been dented, it appeared that someone in a pickup had backed into my car. I chose Spectrum Auto Repair based on Yelp reviews and that they are located not far from my home. Initial repairs were completed in early January without incident. The reason I am giving this shop a one is for lack of communication and unprofessional owner. My boyfriend had gotten into a car accident not his fault but his rear axel needed work and prior to the accident his brake lines and whole front suspension was messed up which he knew,so he asked them to repair his brake line. From the time I got the car to them for an estimate. Till car was repaired they took care of everything. The car looks new and the interior was completely detailed free of charge. The are great and do that extra for you
I have had one of my cars painted, another one had body work done and this time I had my windows tinted. They are always so pleasant and friendly and things have been completed when they told me it would be! Plus they washed and vacuumed my car! I definitely recommend Spectrum!
