Had a schedule appointment for months, took the time off of work to be able to make it. Then got a call almost 24 hours before the appointment informing me it’s cancelled. Funny how patients have to pay a fee if they cancel within too short of a time frame but it’s “oh well” if the doctor does, not like I can just add the hours back that I my coworker is already covering.
I’ve been a patient her for a few years now. It feels like your doctor doesn’t care or listen to you. It feels hopeless. Also the people who draw blood either have someone who isn’t an actual phlebotomist (a student in training) drawing your blood and missing veins. They also will always tell me they can’t find my veins. I’m very squeamish and get sick easily when it comes to getting my blood drawn. So I just stopped because what is the point if they can’t find my veins. I don’t feel supported here.
I had great experience here
My experience with this doctor was very negative. I felt judged for no reason, especially about my pregnancy (which should be treated as a blessing, not something to shame). There was zero cultural sensitivity, and the whole conversation felt rushed and dismissive. She asked very invasive questions but rushed through everything, which made the appointment really uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want to feel respected or supported.
