Went there for an extremely painful sore throat and fever (receptionist was super nice and empathetic, I would probably be giving the place 5 stars if she was in charge) doctor said he was going to test me for strep and mono. Nurse came in a barely touched infected area with the swab and said they both came back negative…hmmm wonder why? Then my doctor came back in and looked at my throat and said we don’t know what it is but here is an antibiotic…okay? Two days later my symptoms worsen and I find myself in the ER. Waited over an hour just to get labs. Totally unacceptable!
Waited over an hour just to get labs. Totally unacceptable!
Waited over an hour to hour and a half to get blood drawn only to be told I wasn't checked in. Then they still didn't move me up the schedule. Ridulous. Meanwhile the people at the desks were doing absolutely nothing with no effort made to help improve the situation.
