I recently had a terrible experience at this Spectrum Eye Physicians location. My appointment was chaotic, as the office was loud and busy, and the staff seemed very unorganized. During my eye exam, Dr. Aruna got snappy with me because I was shaking my head too much while trying to read the letters. The mask I was wearing caused my breath to fog up the glass, and the movement from the second floor made the letters shake, making it difficult for me to focus. Excellent exam by Dr Park, I will get my exam done by her from now on. Great office all around! Dr. Mastman is my ophthalmologist as well as Dr. Park for my eye glasses exam. This office and its staff are friendly, knowledgable, and explain everything that they are doing which I like a lot. I'm happy that I found this place.
Doctor Liu and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, skillful, patient, helpful and attentive to their patients. Doctor Liu has been my doctor and my families' Doctor for many years. I highly recommend Doctor Liu and this office! They are all AWESOME!!!
