Cataract surgery by Dr Murakami was smooth and easy! From scheduling to execution at the surgery center in Los Gatos everything went without a hitch. I was given plenty of introductory info and had all of my questions answered quickly and professionally. Dr Murakami is as close to an angel and miracle worker I've encountered. Very very poor service for eyeglass prescription. Was given a receipt that reflected a phone number which when I called I’d not an existing number. Called the main number and was on hold then got hang up twice. Very poor service to patients from eyeglasses side.

I recently had a terrible experience at this Spectrum Eye Physicians location. My appointment was chaotic, as the office was loud and busy, and the staff seemed very unorganized. During my eye exam, Dr. Aruna got snappy with me because I was shaking my head too much while trying to read the letters. The mask I was wearing caused my breath to fog up the glass, and the movement from the second floor made the letters shake, making it difficult for me to focus.
