Used to be their customer and came in again to adjust a brand new pair of designer sun glasses and looking for another pair. Office manager broke the brand new glasses and now is blaming me for it. Hung up on me and insulted me. Horrible customer service! Definitely not worth going!
i have had 3 peripheral vision test done and two said I have a blind spot. the only one that told me my eye was fine was spectrum. I was rushed thru my appointment so fast I had no idea what happened. I had not even left the parking lot yet and the dr out the door and was gone.
RecommendedDr. Mark Bennett the Optometrist was very thorough in explaining every aspect in detail. His staff is very kind as well. I enjoyed my visit and felt confident with Dr. Bennett's recommendation. I will return to SPECTRUM soon to pick out my eye glasses for reading👍
Dr Bennett has been my optometrist for 20 years. I trust and respect him and have no plans to change eye doctors.

I have been seeing Dr. Bennett for at least 5 years now, I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. They are always friendly and answer all of my goofiest questions.
My family had Dr Bennet take care of our optometric needs for years and we love their service! He works with out vision insurance (but you need to check with his office to make sure they work with your vision plan, if you have one). Their office has an easy way to schedule appointments and they also remind you when the time is up to schedule your next appointment. Highly recommend Dr Bennett's practice!
