Horrible management company that doesnt do anything other than collect checks for dues or fines then wastes money on certified letters daily. They've been fixing our one amenity for 5 years and still broken. Entrance to neighborhood falling apart lighting all broken plants all dead.Yet money for budget is always spent.Where does it go? Gross negligence on spending.
SARAH ARAGON, our Community Property Manager, is a reliable, efficient, dedicated, professional and excellent at communication. SARAH is a refreshing breeze to The Hills at Sonterra HOA Board of Directors. Spectrum Association Management has a great system for financial reports, systematic follow up and collection process for delinquent accounts.
