Thieves, deceptive, liars, incompetent. I would give you no stars if I could.
They are an incompetent unethical company in my experience. I'm an ex-board. I served the board as the treasurer, who finally "hit the wall" and resigned! The issues that we had. We were told by our manager, Janet Mooninghan, that we needed to vote to be on "our" bank signature card. However, our bylaws state we are to be on it. We voted and it didn't pass..later after 1 resigned, we voted again and it passed. Really a disgusting Management Company!!! Sorry Turds don't have the balls to find homeowners for parking 6-7 Vehicles in their stinking driveway Weekend after weekend!!!! They lie, do not follow CCR's and bylaws..... Especially discrimination of homeowners that paid a lot for their home!!!
Dache Hammonds handled my request for landscape improvement in a very timely and professional manner. I thought such service is a reflection of support to the residents. I would like to extend my appreciation.
This is a bad company. They have questionable business practices, and they are just terrible people all around.
I revived a fine but was not notified till 3 months later and came across it by accident. This was not on the part of spectrum HOA. My management company was charging me late fees everyday. Kelly Dworsky was my contact at spectrum HOA and she was great to work with. She even called my management company to let them know that I have been doing everything asked of me and to please don’t fine me because we had to wait on the design of the board. I've been on my HOA's Board for nearly 9 yrs. In that time, we've had 6 individuals managing our community for as little as a month to as long as nearly 3 years. John Soliz has served as our community manager since March 2018. John listens to the Board members and to the residents and always tries to find workable solutions to any problem. He's been invaluable in guiding us through issues related to covid-19. John is dependable and efficient, and I'm glad he's serving as our community manager.
They'll still charge you additional fees even after you made payment arrangements to this other company called Zego that they refer you to, to handle your payment plan. Not a good practice!
