Consistently poor communication and lack of acumen
Avoid Spectrum at all costs. I called back in December to cancel my service and thought everything was taken care of. Turns out they never canceled it because they offered me a “great deal” and just assumed I would take it. Why would I accept a deal when I’m calling to cancel in the first place? So now I’ve been paying for internet I haven’t even used for three months. And the icing on the cake? I was working with Michelle T from Specturm HoA team on my ACC application for Solar Panels on my house, She helped to get through all my new owner issues and get the application approved but the ACC panel in really efficient time. I should get solar up an running before summer thanks!
