Worst hoa. Never answers their phone. Adds fines for no reasons
Krystal Fernandez has been the community manager for Cullen Country for several years. As a Board member I appreciate how she was always responsive to any request or question I had. This helped me be a better board member. As she moves on to new duties, I wish her the very best.
Terrible app that takes you in a loop when trying to submit any request. Also, tired of their ridiculous admin fee to pay HOA Fee
Consistently poor communication and lack of acumen
Avoid Spectrum at all costs. I called back in December to cancel my service and thought everything was taken care of. Turns out they never canceled it because they offered me a “great deal” and just assumed I would take it. Why would I accept a deal when I’m calling to cancel in the first place? So now I’ve been paying for internet I haven’t even used for three months. And the icing on the cake?
