Avoid Spectrum at all costs. I called back in December to cancel my service and thought everything was taken care of. Turns out they never canceled it because they offered me a “great deal” and just assumed I would take it. Why would I accept a deal when I’m calling to cancel in the first place? I was working with Michelle T from Specturm HoA team on my ACC application for Solar Panels on my house, She helped to get through all my new owner issues and get the application approved but the ACC panel in really efficient time. I should get solar up an running before summer thanks!
As a third time home owner in an HOA managed neighborhood, I know dealing with management companies can be challenging at times. However, with Krystal Fernandez as our Senior Community Manager, I can say it has truly been a pleasant experience! She is very responsive and kind. We appreciate her top notch customer service and refer her to any neighbors that have questions.
Christy Moore did an awesome job. She is a good communicator by thru using the email system, and on my portal on HOA account.
It was just a little hard navigating the required info to be emailed but after several attempts l got it figured out submitted my request to paint my home and was informed within several days Woohoo!!
