Horrible company. On hold for an hour and a half to discuss a letter I got stating I can't have a basketball goal in MY driveway. The basketball goal has been there for 2 years and was a birthday present for my son. In 9 months my house will be sold and I'm running away from any HOA. Your response just goes to show how involved you guys are. Enforce all the rules of the HOA, not the ones you choose. How about patrolling the neighborhood after 10pm. Veronica was an incredible Community Rep. to work with. She was attentive, responsive, and empathetic to my concerns as a homeowner and the nuances of dealing with an H.O.A., especially my neighborhood in particular. She was always open to giving me professional advice and provided me with invaluable communication and information.

Krystal Fernandez has been very helpful each time I had a concern. She responds promptly, sets realistic expectations, keeps me informed on progress, and follows through. She’s had sidewalks scraped for mud, instigated clearing huge piles of debris away from the culvert under FM150, and had diseased trees removed. All the while, she is pleasant and professional.
