I am a new neighbor and member of the Stablewood at Slaughter Creek community. I moved, after 27 years, from a nearby neighborhood with another great HOA. I was having issues navigating the HOA app and portal submitting application for home improvement project. Spectrum management took over the Apache Shores HOA community and it has been a disaster. They will not respond, force you to come into the office (only open 2 days a week), and can't figure out basic systems and how to troubleshoot the app for amenities (again requesting you come into the office). Do not recommend any neighborhood hires them.
Spectrum always loves a way to add hidden fees to everything just so you can pay a late fee and whatever little money they could possibly get from you. This business is absolutely the worst and the fact that I’m forced to pay this is ridiculous.
We have been in our community for 12 years and have had a couple of management companies trying to keep our neighborhood maintained with not much success. When we partnered with Spectrum, Krystal took over our neighborhood and in just a short time had our community looking great, well maintained, and homes adding value to the neighborhood! I'm very pleased to leave a 5-star review for Ms. Veronica, the property manager for the Westwind subdivision. I had been dealing with an ongoing issue with my neighbor for over a year, and Ms. Veronica assured me she would address the situation. She followed through on her word, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and handled everything with professionalism and care.
