These people steal money right out of your pocket for insane late fees and charging you $50 to mail a piece of paper overnight. They’re frauds and should be reported.
Scummy business practices: 1 - They require the use of their "app" to do any payments now. The app does not work and is simply a poorly maintained mess. 2 - They switched to quarterly fees on us and more than tripled the "dues" when property values are down over 15% in my neighborhood. 3 - They are impossible to get in touch with.
