They do not send out any notifications about fees or anything else, they don’t get you any answers you need, they don’t respond or get back to me at all, they do nothing and are pretty much worthless. They don’t get you in contact with anyone who will do anything either, no emails for those who can do anything, no phone number, nothing. If I could give less stars I would.
