Emails and inquiries often go unanswered by Melissa Wilson, Community Manager, and there’s a consistent failure to provide timely or accurate records. Board meeting minutes, which should be readily accessible to homeowners, are not shared or posted. The overall professionalism is seriously lacking, raising concerns about accountability and the ability to effectively manage our community’s needs. I would not recommend this company.
Lauren was responsive and kept us up to date on what was needed for approval of our new windows. Once all paperwork was received, the approval process was quick.
Customer service has been helpful, but very limited on their end when it comes to ANY violations or fines. I have informed them of a violation that was incorrect, and yet I was still given a fine a month after. I have been in talks with their team for an ENTIRE month and the site manager has yet corrected the fine nor reached out to me regarding this issue.
