Absolutely negative experience. A very Unprofessional encounter. Shayla didn't even know what city my house was in. Quoting regulation that did not governed my home. She misrepresented the facts concerning a bogus violation issued. She participated in the HOA's attempt to bully and intimidate a resident. Our fees went up and the appearance of our neighborhood is deteriorating. The pond areas are surrounded by trash, and I have yet to see anyone cleaning the areas. There was an old tent that was left behind and it sat there for over 3 months before a nice gentleman took it to the trash. Sad
