Great people and service, my water is great Thanks! �
Product is working great so far. But the customer service is absolutely horrible. I called 3 different times about a minor issue that I would get a call back. Still a week later and not one call back from 3 different people o spoke to. It's not even a huge issue. This kind of BS is causing me to never buy their product again and I sure as hell will not recommend it to anyone regardless of how well it performs.
