The designer is great ! He came to our home and designed a kitchen counter top extension that matched our existing cabinets and counter tops.
Very unreliable.

I have my new counter top for my breakfast bar and it is so beautiful. They were very prompt and professional in their work. The finished product far exceeds my expectations.
Everyone was very helpful and cooperative. They were open to discuss various options and maintain open communication during the entire project.
From the salesman to the office staff to the template maker to the installers I was kept informed every step of the way. My counter top required a seam and the installer did an excellent job of making it disappear.
This was a very positive experience for me. Everyone from the salesman,Ray,to the installers and plumber were polite and concerned about my satisfaction with the job. I love my new countertops!
The design representative was very responsive until I paid. Then it was difficult to get my calls returned. I had enough left over material to have my bathroom countertop done. I decided to wait and wanted the rest of the material I paid for delivered at my expense. It's 3 months later and I am still waiting. I have had numerous "delivery will be this week" emails but yet again no follow through.
Business response:
The material leftover from this job was a very large piece. Too big to move with just manpower especially if I am going to move it back again to fabricate the bathroom. Often , we will safely and securely store a customer's material for future use. This was explained to the customer. We have since completed the additional work and delivered the "small" remaining pieces.
Poor communication between sales office and salesman which resulted in a delay in installation. Unorganized company. The countertops came out beautiful when we finally got them.
I currently reside in Alaska and own a home in Green Valley.? During the early months of 2013, I worked with JS Design via email for new countertops for the Green Valley kitchen.? They sent me a cost estimate based on my drawing that was consistent with the cost estimating tool on the Home Depot site.? I never shopped around for other prices, as other reviewers said that JS is at least competitive and often lowest.? My major concern was responsiveness and timing.?
