WE have just went through the agreement and have not installed yet. So far very professional.
They were hired in November 2019 with a completion time to be the end of December 2019. The job was finally finished in November 2020. They updated the kitchen with beautiful countertops, cabinets, shelving, and a stainless-steel hood. The kitchen looks great. There were some minor flaws that were corrected by another contractor we hired. The bathrooms were updated and remodeled. The master bathroom was remodeled. We had a small job and were told it would probably be completed over time. The work was excellent, but the scheduling was poor. We never knew who would do what when, and sometimes it was a week or longer between service. It ended with a little blackmail that they would not finish the last task until they received the full payment. Summary: Great work but would only recommend for large job.
I very rarely do reviews. I consider it unwarranted to write praise for people who are doing competent work. After all, thatâ s what Iâ m paying them for. However there are the rare exceptions where a company is as much, if not more, concerned that the customer is getting exactly what they desire, as well as just making a profit.
