You can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I signed a 15 month lease for a 2/2 unit and lived there by myself. This place is disgusting. Dog crap and trash everywhere. It’s a frat house. They rent to college kids that throw beer/seltzer cans, Starbucks cups and fast food garbage everywhere. It’s roach infested and they will tell you someone is coming on Thursday to spray but on 2 separate occasions I was in my apartment all day and no one ever came even though the office will tell you they did. I was in the mist of apartment shopping, when I saw this place on apartment.com. It had most of what I wanted and looked to be in a good location. The staff was all lovely, knowledgeable, and friendly. Elissah was so patient with me between the tours and all the uncertain questions I had. And just when I thought I lost hope, they gave it back to me. I’m excited to spend the next chapter of my life here. Can’t wait!
Ive lived here for about 3 years and the experience is amazing the apartments are good and overall this place is just good.
