Very helpful There was a huge selection of nice frames. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I even took my daughter there to get her glasses as well.

Different- in a good way They have a great and fun selection. I was a little disappointed in their pricing... However, if you are looking for something different, it is worth the few extra dollars.
Professional I came in to have my eyeglass nose clip fixed. They greeted me very quickly and professionally and to my surprise they didn't charge me as they said this was a courtesy.

Amazing Place! I love trying on strange frames even when I'm not looking to buy. Spectacle Shoppe is the most entertaining place to do this! I've driven by the West St. Paul location many times and finally visited. The vintage selection is full of surprises and browsers are welcome to try on anything. I don't want to give the impression that SS only sells off-beat styles. They carry quite a few perfectly normal brands (not that I'm into that) and I especially liked the Tom Ford frames. Nice The owner's really nice, and opened for me on a Sunday when he was supposed to be closed and painting, but even picked out pairs he thought I'd like even though I was just looking and not going to buy that day. They also have another location with thousands of vintage frames. They're all relatively cheap, and it takes only a few hours to put the lenses in. Also, he gave me a coupon for $100 off. I will be buying my next pair of sunglasses shaped like guns with rhinestone handles here.
I love my new glasses. I love my new glasses. I got them 4 months ago, and I am still getting compliments on them! Joe was my friendly glasses expert, who helped me pick out the perfect pair. When I can back to pick them up, I left with my glasses, a chocolate, a rose! That's kinda great, right? Of course I got a receipt--but I must have lost it.
