great job 5 out of 5 stars does no justice, I would give 10, at least. I have never seen such service, dedication, and joyful patience. The reps are amazing, and helped me through heaps and heaps of glasses to get down to what really suited me best. My head was starting to hurt from all the choices, but they were super sweet and kind about the whole thing, and calmly and easily navigated me through the process. Even the back and forth thinking and reevaluating. Thank you guys so much! Wow.

so friendly The staff couldn't be any more friendly. When I started asking about insurance, and whether mine would work, two employees were working together to help me figure it all out. They gave me an estimate on what lenses would cost out-of-pocket and advised me as to how I could get the best deal for the particular frames I wanted.

Exceeded All Expectations I have been to eye glass stores all over the place with no success and finally found my pair of glasses (that I LOVE) at The Spectacle Shoppe. I now adore this store. Amazing Place! I love trying on strange frames even when I'm not looking to buy. Spectacle Shoppe is the most entertaining place to do this! I've driven by the West St. Paul location many times and finally visited. The vintage selection is full of surprises and browsers are welcome to try on anything. I don't want to give the impression that SS only sells off-beat styles. They carry quite a few perfectly normal brands (not that I'm into that) and I especially liked the Tom Ford frames.
