Great selection of frames with a really helpful and knowledgeable staff!
So after trying to hunt down the missing package for days, the Jim calls to tell me they made me a new pair and sent it out to me for free plus they refunded the original shipping cost. I was sincerely overjoyed at their initiative.
I've been on the hunt for new glasses for a little while now, and one day I bumbled in here on my way down to who knows where. After trying on a couple of pairs I found THE ONES. They made me feel like I looked fabulous, and I knew I had to have them. There was just one problem: I didn't have a current prescription. The guy kindly wrote down the name and model number of my choice and I left, determined to get an eye exam.
I absolutely love your store! I love the variety of the funkier glasses- my style! And the customer service is SUPERB!
They have a crazy large amount of frames to choose from in a bunch of different looks and sizes, it was kind of intimidating.on top of all that, their customer service was flawless.
The service and selection here are extraordinary. I wish everywhere I shopped was like this! The owner is very talented at helping find frames that look good on the customer, and is incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the best retail experiences I've had anywhere, ever.
