I had a wonderful experience at the Mayfair Mall location! My usual spot was too busy and I couldn’t get any help, so I decided to check out Specsavers in the mall. I’m so glad I did! The lovely associate who assisted me was incredibly helpful and made picking out two new pairs of glasses a breeze. Definitely worth checking out! I got two pairs for the same cost of what I would've got at my usual spot!!
My glasses broke while I was visiting the island for a performance and so I dropped by in a panic to see if there was anything they could do. Tal and Robyn went above and beyond to make sure I had a solution while waiting for my new glasses. They were so welcoming and lovely, not to mention super helpful during the whole process of fixing my old glasses and ordering some new ones. They truly made me feel taken care of. I would give them 6 stars if possible
Every employee working was welcoming and very helpful! My husband and I had appointments back to back and were in the store for over 2 hours after trying on a variety of frames for both prescription eye glasses as well as sun glasses! My husband and I are very pleased with our entire experience!
