I had a wonderful experience with both Dr. Daniel and Dean. Dr. Daniel was very thorough and really pleasant to deal with. Dean was so helpful and patient as I tried on many pairs of glasses until I found the perfect ones. She is a great asset to this business and goes above and beyond for the customer! I had to buy new glasses as my prescription changed and I wanted something new. Nick made all the difference! He was super helpful in finding something fitting-but-different for me and alerted me to a current deal that worked perfectly for me. I was able to snatch up three pairs of glasses I was stuck between! Now I can choose something for my mood every day. Thanks!!
The service was very good. Tal took us through the prescription and fitting process. She was friendly, helpful, efficient and fun to deal with. We were also pleased with the price.
Tal and Nick have been so wonderful to me and helpful. Tal's obvious huge amount of expertise, and Nick's lovely attitude made my multiple trips/appointments a breeze. They really know their stuff . Also the store is clean and stocked, and the optometrist there is such a bonus.
