I used to get my glasses here when it was the other place. I was excited that they now had an optometrist on location now that it’s a specsavers. I made a 1240 appointment on a Friday Everyday I received reminder emails and text messages the week leading up to my appointment and a phone call the day before. Messages kept saying come 10 to 15 minutes early. I arrived at my appointment on time 12:40 and 45 minutes later I was still waiting to see this optometrist!
