Purchased 2024 GMC Elevation new from Speck GMC, this year found a broken grille piece. Told it was under warranty and they would order the part and call me when it was ready, that was May 29, now July 9 and not fixed. Been told 3 times “waiting on paint”. Not good customer service if you ask me.
One service tech tells u one thing and another tells u something completely different. In addition, they shouldn't make u stand there while they are checking your car in. It takes forever and standing can be difficult for some. They should come to u for the signature.
I had opportunity to purchase 2023 canyon from Adam. He is very thorough from the beginning until the end. It was pleasant vehicle buying experience. I highly recommend working with Adam and the company.
