My experience was unbelievable and thanks to Shenaz the PA. The empathy she displayed for my super sick friend (I drove to the urgent care) was infectious - no pun intended. She explained everything to he and I in a way we understood and even followed up with a phone call the following day to check on us! Wow! JY and I have actually been back to the clinic subsequent to this because of how wonderful our experience was with her. Keep it up Shenaz!
