They're the rudest and most unprofessional people. Everytime you call they are just so rude and never fix any of the issues you have. They need to hire new staff!
Reported that busses pulling out of lot this afternoon were not cleared of snow and ice. Large sheets of ice were flying off buses causing a potential dangerous situation for other drivers. The young woman I spoke you was very polite and stated she'd inform her boss. I explained I was very concerned since I could've been hit by the debris and it's a LAW. She understood the concern and thanked me for reporting. The fleet manager should know this is unacceptable and a huge safety issue. This incident is why it's a 1 star
