Well the care i received here verses Lehigh valley after is definitely different....Glad I went to LHVN!
Got my ears cleaned out, never had this experience before. I got the lovely, pleasure of having Dr. Jacqueline Machalski. She was confident and reassuring. Definitely coming back here. Front desk could be a little more welcoming but overall great experience.
I visited Specialty Physicians Associates, Otolaryngology clinic for treatment of ear condition and was very satisfied with the service.. Jacquelyn Michalski, PA treated and resolved my condition. She was an excellent provider. I already made a 6 month follow up based on the quality of the care. I also had a very thorough audiometry exam while there.
They sent a letter threatening to send me to collections over a $35 balance which they did not properly apply to my account (the top of the letter refers me to check st luke's my chart, but the charge did not show up there)
Suffering from brain damage due to a baseball sized tumor and a encephalocele I found this practice and enjoyed it until I enquired about a facelift to fix the side of my face that was left to me after brain surgery. I saw keeler during a consult and felt strongly that he was an honest trust worthy provider. He referred me to a dr vastly for my tenacious hypetlasia and said he try to get me a sooner appt.
