I contacted this guy for a quote and we agreed on a date and time to meet. He didn't show so I called and completely dumbfounded, he asked to reschedule because he had to take care of something else. We rescheduled for a couple days later and finally met, which he was on time for. After walking through my home and hearing what I needed done, I asked him if he had a ballpark figure.
