I moved from NY and have not encountered such rude Dr who presumes everything and acts like a cop trying to arrest you for seeking pain relief. Then I found out he moved from NY too. He is unfamiliar with California regulations. I did not file a medical board complaint only because his partner was very nice. The two visits I had took 8 hours of travel and I was in more pain just by having to talk to this guy. The service is exceptional. The staff makes you feel at ease and comfortable. The procedures, like anything else is tough and some scary but what procedure isn’t. Dr. Lei was patient and explained all of it with ease and help me feel better about it. Thank you for bringing me back to 100%. I really appreciate it.

Dr. Lai is wonderful he helped me with my back pain he walked me through the process and helped me understand where the pain was coming from, his pain unlayering protocol works wonders.
