Called yesterday to ask a question about an outdoor fireplace at the house I just purchased and was trying to set up. The woman who I was transferred to COULD NOT POSSIBLY HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL! Mind you, I was not asking her about a sale, I just needed help on how to work my fireplace and they came up on the manufacturers site as a dealer.
