After reading the reviews I felt I needed to leave my own. A lot of the complaints were regarding ow long it took to get an appointment. In the Austin area, there are THREE geneticists. THREE. It would be wonderful if they were able to see every patient within a month or two but there is literally no way that’s possible with such limited resources. Also, most of the patients being seen here potentially have life threatening disorders so just moving an appointment to fit in another child isn’t really a viable option either. D... read more

Most unprofessional practitioner i’ve ever dealt with ! My wife and I waited 7 months for an appointment with Dr. Immken and didn’t even get a reminder text/call until the day of the appointment and to make matters worst we were never given the the address to her office. Not when we made appointment nor when we got our reminder text! So we googled the address and when we showed up we were told that we were at the wrong location and that Dr.Immken no longer worked at that location.
