I did their sleep study back on Jan. 6, 2023 ... no response or results yet ... 3/21/23! Nor has my doctor gotten any results!!! Terrible! Turns out that my doctor either did not receive their fax or misplaced it. Nevertheless, seems to me that SSD should ask doctors to confirm receipt of studies sent by SSD, AND, sending a notice to the patient regarding the results having been sent to the doctor would be a good idea!! Great to work with Sehatu Sleep Clinic and consistently outdo all Sleep Labs in the region. They deserve our trust for in-lab sleep studies.
I initially had high hopes for this place, because the gentlemen that explained how to use the at-home test was very thorough. I got the test b/c the Beddr sleep app indicated I had mild sleep apnea and b/c I was frequently unrested in the morning. After taking the test, I got an email with the test results stating I did not have sleep apnea. When I followed up that email with questions, TWICE I got no response. It seems they would just like to bill your insurance and be done with you.
Sleep study center, great staff, friendly and helpful. Google maps directions are not good, close, but fail to get you there. When google directs you to pull off the street, turn right and parallel the road to the next set of businesses. Addresses are screwy in this block.
