After a bit of a problem with a used string trimmer I purchased I was very impressed with the way Mr. King went out of the way to personally call and make things right. It turned out to be a simple fix, and I am very impressed at how quickly they were able to fix it and get me back up and running. I had just recently bought a used riding mower from them I knew there's was no warranty on it.I had just got it home and wouldn't you know it started smoking and running rough.I called Scott the sales mgr he said to bring it back and they will make it right.They fixed it for free and I'm forever great full. they've gain a happy customer
