called to order a smaller bucket after having a small incident and bent the braces OOPS, (things happen) My man Scott Laughon said Kenny let me handle it just tell me what you want.... told him I needed a narrower bucket to pull these roots up around tree stumps... in no time at all he calls me back,tells me what he had found and I had him order my parts. I have been impressed with the customer service focus that John has developed with his staff. Specialized knows we could alway shop online for parts but if we want knowledgeable, dedicated, friendly service for lawn equipment they need to be the place to go; and they are the best for that in the Salem area.
