I had an outstanding experience with the specialized team in Wynwood, Miami. Stephen, who assisted us, was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Working with him was a true pleasure. Fantastic selection, outstanding customer service, and top-quality products. I walked in to purchase my first MTB and left with a huge smile, and the perfect bike. Shout out to the store manager Alex and to Steven for their exceptional assistance! I'll definitely be returning for tune-ups and future bike purchases. Highly recommend!

Arrived today at 11:00AM someone in the store opened the shutters. and Ignore a client outside. i knocked the door, i stayed more than 7-10 min just waiting and knocking and employee did not even care to say anything at all. so i left. for a company selling a bike for $10000 this is not the customer service.

Everything about this place is simply awesome. Exceptional service, quality bikes, and just a good hang when you’re waiting for a tune up, or wrapping up, or stopping by to see what’s up. So all I can say is…keep it up! (Note: I purchased a Specialized bike—really good. Staff lives up to the name.)
