I did not want to leave this review I came home and at 4.40pm the man came around he was very nice my gas roof ducted heating was not switching on .The guy grabbed the remote and at 4.44pm the heat was working and he showed me what to do with the remote if it happened again he rang his boss because I asked how much it was and keep in mind it was in buisness hours I was slugged $220 for 4 min work. And I was referred to this company from a place in Melbourne. Never be vulnerable with heating make sure you have a spare heater.... read more
