RecommendedI've used this company before and they did a great job. Which is why I called them again when I needed another repair. When they came on Saturday they pulled it apart only to tell me they didn't have the part and would have to come back Monday. Monday came and they ran into problems and did not come. They did however make things right and finishes the job on Tuesday which I appreciated.
The garage door at my sister's house broke down while I was staying there and I'm so glad I called Specialized. Jake came out quickly that day and replaced the drive gear on the opener. He knew exactly what to do, finished in no time and didn't charge for unnecessary work. Definitely recommend Specialized Garage Doors!
Jake helped us out again. He came out the first time our garage door had problems and fixed them. When we were ready to upgrade later on to a even better garage door, he educated us on what options we had and guided us through the process. Our new garage door makes such a difference. Everytime we have ever had to repair our garage door, Mr. Swenson has been so awesome. He not only fixes our garage but makes it run smoother and more quietly after he repairs it. He is so affordable and always comes in a timely manner. Thanks for all these awesome years of service!!!
My husband was unable to go to work one morning because our garage stopped working. We were so thankful for Jake helping us the same day we called. Not only did he fix the door, he made recommendations on how we could upgrade our garage on a budget. I was shocked at how quiet our door was after he left! Highly recommend Specialized Garage Doors! I wish I could say I had the same great customer service but I can't!!! I have been wating on my door since Feb 13th and it is now April 14th. Yes 8 weeks later, still no garage door, no calls and no information on when my door will be in. They have avoided my calls, emails and voicemails for weeks now. They asked for 3/4 of a deposit when I placed the order which was over $3,000. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service and lack of communication in my life!! Great work, good price...will recommend to anyone. Good job and timely. He was able to repair the door and save me money rather than buying a new one, works great and is as quiet as its ever been. Would recommend to anyone.
