So shortly after my post indicating I wouldn’t use Specialized Flooring, I got a call from the owner apologizing for what happened & explaining why. Nice. I believe there are many who wouldn’t do this. And I thought the thing to do now was to update my post & give them a second chance. I’m in the process of getting bids for flooring. I recommend them highly. They have put tile, carpet and wood floors in our house! All the installers are great!! Very happy with their flooring. They treat you right!!
