I had a Demo Tarmac out for a day from these guys, and they rock!!! The service was amazing and Six star from start to finish, Frank who looked after us for the booking was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I got that “independent” store vibe from the moment we walked in the door, something some UK retailers struggle to give. You can tell these guys love their cycles and cyclists!
RecommendedI bought a Specialized bike 20 years ago, I used and abused that Rockhopper 20 years. I took the bike to the trail, to the dirt, to the city, that Rockhopper was my best friend. Then one day last week while I was cleaning it, I notice a hair thin crack by the front fork. I was devastated. so I decided to go to Specialized Costa Mesa and they treated me like family, they took care of everything in the most cordious way. These guys rock. They have helped me out more than once, and are always on top of things. Their coffee is the bomb as well.
Brought in a non Specialized bike for repairs and upgrades. Great service and Jon the technician handled everything perfect. Two thumbs up!
We bought a bike for my 11 year old. What incredible personalized customer service. And such a great spot to visit...clean, not too cluttered, and really cool!
Excellent products, and customers are taken care of well. Although nothing is cheap in this shop, it is a pleasure doing business here.
