Been trying to find out if they have a bike in stock for days, can’t get through to anyone on the phone, left a message, the voicemails are now full and I can’t leave another one, the line is constantly out the door, and the service is painfully slow... disappointing.

The Specialized store is my go to place for all things bike! Great service, and great people. Please give them some extra love during Covid19 as they're working extremely hard for your cycling needs! Some beer or tasty treats would be greatly appreciated by the staff. ;)
The Specialized store in Costa Mesa is fantastic. Great bunch of people there who always remember me and are attentive to what I'm looking for and need. It's kept me coming back over and over. Highly recommended if you live in the area.
As a newbie to the mountain bike world it’s easy to feel like and outsider with questions that seem to silly to ask. I feel at home in Specialized shop with Steve Berg. Steve teaches me basics while working on the bike. Answers even the most beginner questions happily and is an overall awesome dude. Only place I would buy a bike or take my bike for service. Best 🤙🏽
Both Mellisa and Frank are the definition of service and dedication. With a big smile to boot. Highly recommend the store for anything cycling.

My heart is filled with gratitude, I can’t thank Melissa enough for the A PLUS service I’ve received. I called Friday around 3pm for a MTB I was looking for, and she said “i think there’s one your size in stock that needs to be built “ I take it, with no knowledge of the color or components! I trust her words. She said i can have it ready tomorrow morning for you. She called me around 6:20pm that my bicycle was ready!! I LOVE my new MTB!
