These guys set the bar when it comes to customer service. There’s not enough stars to give out when it comes to John and the team. I contacted John about my a/c issues I was having and he came right out and inspected it. He was honest and transparent with the diagnosis and the cost(he could’ve marked up the price with it being peak season, but he didn’t). Great service in a timely manner, details of issue explained well and repaired quickly
So very grateful forJohn and his friendly staff. Through much perseverance he found a frayed wire that was the cause of my AC condenser unit not working and now I am ready for summer. Thank you so much Specialized Aire Systems.
We recently had a very good experience with this company doing a system replacement for us! He increased the size of our return air to make the new system work at maximum efficiency. They were very clean and orderly. John was nice and explained everything very well, I would use this company again for anything HVAC related!
