did so bad on my nails
The ladies working were very rough and made me and my stepmother bleed a couple times. She paid for a massage with her pedicure and they just rubbed in lotion on her. My nails turned out nothing like the picture I showed and they are very thick. Save your money and go to Magic Nails.
I have been going here for years...mainly for pedicures which have always been done well. Lately, I feel more like part of an assembly line. And, customer service has never been great but adequate. Recently, I called for appt recently and the woman answered "yeah?" when answering. That was a new low. The persons doing our pedicures were lax and impersonable....did only the minimum....this had not been my previous experience.
