The ladies working were very rough and made me and my stepmother bleed a couple times. She paid for a massage with her pedicure and they just rubbed in lotion on her. My nails turned out nothing like the picture I showed and they are very thick. Save your money and go to Magic Nails.

I have been going here for years...mainly for pedicures which have always been done well. Lately, I feel more like part of an assembly line. And, customer service has never been great but adequate. Recently, I called for appt recently and the woman answered "yeah?" when answering. That was a new low. The persons doing our pedicures were lax and impersonable....did only the minimum....this had not been my previous experience. I had a pedicure today, got the basic $40 and did gel. It was one of the worst pedicures I’ve gotten. She hurt me while cutting the cuticle, massages my calves with the water my feet were soaking in!!! And my heels look so dry! When I go to Kim’s Salon my feet NEVER look like that and I pay less. Never coming back & sticking with Kim’s salon even if my usual nail tech is on vacation. They also charge $1 extra fee if you use credit or debit and have the nerve to ask if you’re going to tip them. $68 of a crappy pedicure.
