I cannot stress enough how happy we were with Special Beginnings! We were skeptical Bc we live on the Eastern Shore and it was a 2 hr drive..but we are so glad we made the switch. Every midwife took her time to answer every question we had and make us feel prepared and comfortable with our upcoming bundle! We ended up having to go to the hospital after 26 hrs of labor which was not in our plan but the transition was seamless and we were greeted with open arms, literally. Mother- and baby-friendly environment, intimate space to give birth in, awesome midwives! Natural birth at Special Beginnings is kick-butt hard but absolutely beautiful!
