If I could give this place a 10 Star rating, I would. My experience was positive from the very beginning. Customer service begins before you even arrive. Great communication to prepare me for my procedure. Arrival time was 6:30am--again, great customer service with intake staff member "Alex". Courteous, friendly and helpful. My wait was minimal before I was taken to the back for preparation. I was assisted by Iggy--former Army medic and a great guy! I had my cataract surgery with Dr Mi hael Ve i casa I had a very good experience personnel was very nice and attentive place is very clean
CHECK WITH YOU INSURANCE BEFORE PAYING!! Helen from finances or insurance, made an error when reviewing my co insurance, she advised me that I had to pay over 5,300 dollars for my procedure and then I asked her to please double check and run it again because I have had met my deductible and I have had multiple procedures, surgeries this year and they were not as expensive. I would like to share my experience at Surgical Park Center! I had surgery with Dr Balaguer! Registration with Yilena G. was very nice and helpful! The Center is beautiful and clean!
