My oldest daughter had her eye on a cat for quite a while and visited with this same cat over and over throughout the adoption process. She was required to bring everyone in the household in and so my other three daughters met and became attached to this same cat as well. This is a wonderful establishment for helping to maintain the welfare of animals.
it's a beautiful facility. very clean and the staff is very friendly. highly recommend for your next pet adoption or first time experience. they take the time to get to know your family and match you to a healthy pet.
Amazing place. Animals are so well cared for. Loved spending time in the cat room.
I do enjoy this facility due to the treatment of the animals and in general, the staff is really nice. HOWEVER. There needs to be a sign regarding pets being dropped off. We brought in a kitten to the main office and were pushed out and was told that someone would help us (which I understand, they dont want other pets to get sick) however there is no signage or mention of this at all (Perhaps have a separate area for walk ins regarding pet drop offs?) There seems to be one counselor that we had the unfortunate pleasure to get. Who basically shut down the conversation with polite rudeness. And did not seem to want to even give clear answers once we tried to understand what we needed to do to get approved. It was all just we cannot adopt to you over and over .
We are so impressed with Briggs and their team. We recently adopted our dog and all they do to take care of the animals before adoption is incredible. Our adoption counselor was great too! Highly recommend! And the adoption process was quite straightforward.
