This place is very close to my home, so therefore convenient. Several years ago, I was going there, but wanted to try another nail tech. Without going into details, they seem to own you once you have used that person a couple of times, and I was unable to get away from him. Found another place that I loved, but that girl left, and I couldn’t find her. Decided to try Spatique again, and try to establish a permanent relationship. I’ve been here three times, and this last time was my final straw. I was left waiting in water for 14 minutes before “caffeine queen” got up to do my pedicure she didn’t want to do my manicure (or the pedicure in the first place) so we didn’t do it. My toes were cut at an angle!!! She did not clean under my nails, a child could’ve done a better pedicure.
