Freddy rocks!! He was very patient and walked me through the setup over the phone. He even called me back after I had to contact my internet provider for assistance with my extender. Also, he was very apologetic during his lapse in returning my calls and provided reason for the absence. He even has an awesome sense of humor; I NEEDED this laugh today!! Thank you Freddy.

Dealing with this ADT dealership has been nothing but a frustrating experience. The owner, Freddy, is unprofessional and unreliable. He was quick to close the deal, but once the paperwork was signed, the communication stopped. The installation was rushed, corners were cut, and when problems started happening, Freddy was nowhere to be found.
